Sarocchi Luxe Designs is a home-based boutique based in Hamilton, New Zealand. We carefully pack every order to ensure your sarees, clothing, and jewellery arrive safely.

New Zealand Shipping

Free NZ Shipping

Orders of $100 NZD or more qualify for Free Standard Courier Delivery nationwide.

Orders Under $100 NZD

A flat rate shipping fee applies at checkout for orders under $100 NZD:

• Standard Urban Delivery: $7.00 NZD
• Rural Delivery: $12.00 NZD

Processing and Delivery Timeframes

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is confirmed. Tracking information will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery targets:

• Standard Urban Delivery: 1 to 3 working days after dispatch
• Rural Delivery: 3 to 5 working days after dispatch

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may take longer during busy periods, public holidays, or severe weather conditions.

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to selected destinations. Shipping charges are calculated based on parcel weight, size, and destination, and will be displayed at checkout.

Estimated international delivery targets:

• Express: 1 to 5 working days
• Courier: 2 to 6 working days
• Economy: 3 to 13 working days

Customs duties, import taxes, and local clearances are the responsibility of the customer.

Incorrect Address Details

Please recheck your delivery details before completing your purchase. Additional reshipping charges will apply if a parcel needs to be redirected or reshipped due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Items

Once an order is handed to the courier, delivery timing is outside our direct control. If your parcel is delayed, contact us and we will help track it down.

If your parcel arrives damaged, please take photographs of the packaging and the affected items immediately and contact us so we can investigate with the carrier.

Nothing in this shipping policy limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.

Order Changes and Cancellations

Contact us immediately if you need to update your shipping details or cancel an order. Changes cannot be made once an order has been processed or dispatched.
